PLANNING
Through a robust planning process, our user experience experts ensure your site features intuitive user pathways, clear calls to action, and delivers with your business goals. We then create a strategy guide and wireframes that ensure all website team members are focused on the end result: your business goals.
DESIGN
Because of our thorough planning process, we gain a strong sense of what our clients need as we head into the design phase. We will also ask questions around design preferences to land on a design aesthetic to move forward with. The process of designing in the browser is swift so you can experience the interactivity, responsiveness, and motion of your site from a very early stage.
TESTING
We’ll perform back-end development, integrate your feeds, and set up the content management system so that your non-technical team members will be able to easily make edits to the final site. You'll receive weekly status reports on the progress.
LAUNCH
As you inspect your site through a private portal, we'll test and focus on three key areas: intuitive experience, low-level testing, and performance.

Our Brains
Justin Seimits - CEO | Lead Developer
Justin has been a serial entrepreneur since he was 10 years old. From a young age, Justin was a go-getter building lemon aide stands, mowing lawns, and shoveling snow. In college, he founded a car wash that expanded successfully into him selling it. While running the car wash, he founded Impervious. Impervious waterproofed cell phones before cell phones were “waterproofed” which brought him and his business partner to the TV show, “All American Makers”, where they won and leveled up from the minor leagues. Next, Justin worked with a data science company until the founding of Aloha Creative Design. Justin has been able to work with a wide range of clients providing a website that is exactly what the client wants and needs by listening to what the client’s end goal is and providing a website that accomplishes that goal. Justin has a passion for business and you can hear it when you talk with him about your website. You also get a midwestern man who is honest to the core and if you are not happy, he’ll ensure you’re happy.
Sarah Seimits - CCO | Creative Director + Director of Operations
Sarah has always had a passion for design, writing, film, and photography. She attended film school in Los Angeles where she worked with production companies: Relativity Studios, Universal Studios, Disney, Playtone, and Lionsgate. She was also mentored by producer and director, Denise Di Novi (Best known for - Nightmare Before Christmas). Sarah has worked at animation studios and marketing production houses in the PNW like Laika and House Special where she managed creative teams and built out operational processes and tools. Most recently, she was a creative producer for Nike Digital Brand projects seeing designs come to life on Nike.com, email, Nike’s app, and performance marketing. As an entrepreneur herself, seeing businesses come to life has always been her biggest passion. Sarah brings here knowledge from film and marketing where her creative direction experience can be attributed to exponential increases in sales, views, or clicks. Going above and beyond is a mantra in everything she does, and creating is where it all begins.
